Arnold Schwarzenegger needs no introduction. One of the greatest action heroes of ’80s and ’90s movies, is an all round good-guy both on-screen and off-screen. After his successful movie career, Arnold showed us he’s got brains as well as brawn, and served as California’s governor for two consecutive terms.
Arnold has lived an impressive life and is truly a motivation for millions of people. This is a man that everyone can learn something from. So, when he tells you to wear a face mask to protect others against COVID-19, you’d better listen carefully.
Arnold recently spoke with Bianna Golodryga of CNN, and former National Security Council member Alexander Vindman in an interview. Here, he shared his views on COVID-19 misinformation, anti-maskers, and people who are just in denial about the current situation. Arnold called out anti-maskers as ‘schmucks’ over their claim that wearing face masks takes away their freedom, and then expertly shuts them down with an analogy of what ‘real freedom’ is.
Read on for Arnold’s genius use of a traffic light as an analogy for freedom.
