‘That’s It, I’m Home Shaming’: 84 Times People Were Really Appalled By The Homes They Saw

A few months ago, we at Bored Panda released an article about questionable architecture but this time we're focusing on something more... personal.

The Facebook group "That's it, I'm home shaming" calls people to share the ugliest interiors and exteriors of homes they wish they've never seen, and many have accepted the invitation

Currently, the group has 110K members.

"Here one can gag at the ghastly floor to wall color combinations," its 'About' section says. "Cringe at lawns that use car tires for yard decorations, feel a piece of you die inside because another person hung up a 'Live, Laugh, Love' piece on their wall, and everything house and décor shaming in-between."

"'There is no place like home', in this case, let us hope so."

Continue scrolling to enjoy our hand-picked collection of the group's funniest posts.

#34 More Money Than Taste

An event held in a private apartment on Manhattan's Central Park West. I worked for the fundraising event firm. The host was a very well know television producer. She has several homes around the world and hates white walls. She rented this place as her business address. I don't know if she still has it, but I'm betting she won't get her security deposit back. BTW, I did some research and the rent was $36,000 a month - 10 years ago.
