Megan McKay has been drawing most of her life, and has a background in advertising and 2D animation. She considers herself self-taught when it comes to creating comics but in my opinion, that's Megan's humility speaking. After all, the artist has been posting them online for about seven years now.
Take her series Bark Report, for example. It imagines what would happen if a pack of adorable dogs were running their own TV news station. The writing is amusing, the characters are well-developed, and the art is totally on-point.
